I started the day a little stressed out about having to spend another day alone with the girls. But as the day progressed, I became aware just how blessed I am.
First my younger sister, Ruth, came over to hang out and help with the girls. We had such a good time at the Mall and at home. The girls love it when Auntie comes. Then they were so good for me. The day ended with Caroline looking like a little princess on our king size bed holding court with all her books. I love my girls!!

Sounds like a fun day! What is Ruth up to these days? If she's like us, she's all grown up and probably got a life of her own!
Hey, thanks for the idea on my own blog. I was thinking that these stay at home moms that I've already met and like wouldn't want to hang out *because* they have kids. I think I think wrong! Should I invite them over for a little dinner party? What would be fun.

Hi Linda! This may be a direction that you're not interested in taking with your blog, but have you considered adding a section where moms could contribute easy and yummy, kid-friendly recipes? That may be a good resource.
