He reached his weight loss goal today. He has been working very hard to this and I am so proud of him. He started a few years ago but really put a big push in the last few months.

Wow, that is so great! He does look fabulous. I am sure that he'll keep it off because he did it the right way -- nice and slowly. You have every right to be proud!
